Betsy Fentress, together with co-author Barbara Bryant, has been creating specialty cookbooks for the past sixteen years. Betsy and Barbara's first book, The Bryant Family Vineyard Cookbook (Andrews McMeel, 2008), features over forty world-class chefs, including Thomas Keller, Daniel Boulud, Michael Anthony, Lidia Bastianich, Alexandra Guarnaschelli, and the late Charlie Trotter.

Their second cookbook, Almonds: Recipes, History, Culture (Gibbs Smith, 2014), won a silver award at the Independent Book Publisher's Award in 2014 in New York, and was featured on television, Eataly, Whole Foods, and many other boutique culinary stores across the country. 

Betsy has also worked with clients on private memoirs, offering developmental editing, book design, photo editing, and custom printing.
